I bought a new house, what is the warranty period?

Since 1 January 2022, the warranty period for new properties has been increased from 5 to 10 years.

What is covered?

The construction elements that are part of the structure of the house (roof, walls and ceilings, plumbing, electrical installation and flooring) are covered by the warranty.

Also covered by this guarantee are movable property that is integrated into the property on a permanent basis. For example, sanitary ware, kitchen cabinets and doors and windows of the house.
